The “Green” construction of a 3-story, 90,000 square foot, new school of music and performing arts center for a “Silver” LEED Certification.

Our work consisted of sitework, temporary facilities and controls, vehicular and pedestrian paving, site improvements, including excavation, foundations, new site utilities; concrete, masonry, structural steel work, entrances, windows, doors, extensive architectural millwork , passenger elevators, wheel chair lifts, sound control and vibration isolation, all interior finishes for studios and teaching labs, rehearsal and practice rooms, recording studio, keyboard lab and resource room, orchestra shell, theatrical rigging, 350 seat auditorium, fly tower, and 125 seat recital hall.
