This project involved the renovation of an entire floor of Graduate Hospital in Center City, Philadelphia. The renovation transformed patient rooms and support areas into a skilled care nursing facility. All work on the Skilled Care Nursing Unit was performed while the hospital remained in operation.

In addition to general interior improvements, work on this project involved medical gas piping, vacuum systems, voice and data cabling, nurses' stations, and an infectious waste facility.
