| The work performed for the 33,600 (+/-) square foot renovation of the North and South Wings of the Bachelors Officers Quarters at the Willow Grove Naval Air Station included the demolition of interior partitions along with ceilings, plumbing fixtures and mechanical systems. | |||||
In addition, asbestos and lead abatement, which encompassed the removal and disposal of asbestos and PCB lighting ballasts and lamps containing mercury. New work involved the construction of partitions and installation of doors, frames and hardware, manufactured vanities and tops. Flooring installed was ceramic and quarry tile with carpet and base. New acoustical ceiling tile with grid was installed prior to painting, wallcovering, blinds, fire extinguishers and signage being completed. Mechanical work included a new Fire Protection system, Plumbing fixtures and piping, HVAC and Electrical wiring and lighting. |
