C.I. Berridge Shop Renovations & HVAC Modifications

This project involved installation of 2 new paint booths sized to paint four buses simultaneously. General shop renovations, guard station and site work including new retaining wall.

The work included H-pile and tieback work for new retaining wall shoring system, caissons and extensive foundation work for equipment rooms and shaft ways for exhaust systems for downdraft type paint booth system. Paint booth system design, fabrication and installation, including state-of-the-art infrared thermo-reacting curing system and completely interlocking computer controls. Installation of fans, motors, fire suppression systems, 4 – 70 foot stacks, central vacuum system and dust collection.
